Area 09 · Development and web

Websites and web applications

Our projects range widely. At one end sits a five-page showcase for a furniture workshop in Kayseri; at the other, a dealer portal where resellers across Anatolia see their own negotiated prices, place orders and pull invoices straight out of Logo. The first video call is not about colour palettes or fonts. We ask what the site is for: collect quote requests, take orders, book appointments, receive job applications, or simply cut down the stream of emails asking for another copy of an invoice. Everything else, from the platform to the budget, is derived from what you say.

What kind of site does your company need?

Seven formats come up again and again. What separates them is rarely how many pages they have. It is what happens once a visitor presses the key button: a message arrives for your sales team, a sales order is created in Logo or Mikro, a card payment is split into instalments, or one basket is shared out between several sellers.

Get help choosing

Brochure site and product catalogue

Five or six pages, or a product range with downloadable data sheets and a “request a quote” button in place of a cart. For a joinery, a dental practice or a design studio it is the fastest way to look trustworthy online.

Corporate website

Distinct paths for clients, candidates, suppliers and journalists: a careers section, a newsroom, a KVKK request form, and language versions beyond Turkish and English, such as Arabic or German for export markets.

Online store

Card payments in instalments via iyzico or PayTR, bank transfer and cash on delivery, dispatch with Yurtiçi or Aras Kargo, and e-Arşiv invoices issued through your chosen provider. A store that runs the whole order, not just the checkout.

Landing page

A single page built around one campaign and one proposition. A sharp message, a short form, and Google Ads and Meta conversion tracking that respects cookie consent, all checked before a single kuruş of ad spend goes out.

Marketplace platform

Many sellers under one brand, for instance local producers or craftspeople from a single region: vendor dashboards, listing approval, commission deducted automatically and payouts calculated without anyone opening Excel.

Customer portal

A private area where clients check their own orders, invoices, service reports and account statements. Messages chasing a lost delivery note drop off noticeably.

B2B and dealer portal

Where dealers and trade buyers order on agreed terms: each dealer's price list and discount tier synced from the ERP, a risk limit, deferred payment terms and a one-click repeat of last month's order.

Which foundation should it sit on?

The technology is chosen by what the job demands and by what upkeep will cost three years from now, not by whichever tool an agency happens to prefer.

Adapted ready-made theme

The fast lane. Fine when the budget is small and looking different from the competition matters less than simply being online and looking neat.

WordPress websites

The usual pick. A custom block theme, WooCommerce for selling, and links into Logo, Mikro or Paraşüt. Because the country is full of WordPress agencies and freelancers, walking away from any single one of them, including us, is easy.

Shopify, ikas and other platforms

For stores planning to scale. ikas, IdeaSoft, T-Soft and Ticimax ship with local payment and courier options; Shopify suits selling abroad; Magento handles large, complex ranges; a headless set-up fits when your marketing people want to shape the front end themselves.

Bespoke application, no CMS

The most ambitious build. Worth it when traffic is high, the business logic is out of the ordinary, or several systems that must work from one shared dataset instead of shuffling copies around.

Building on a widely used platform is a little dearer on day one than buying a theme, and far cheaper over the life of the site. Plenty of developers know WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and ikas, so changing supplier never means rebuilding from zero. Connections to Logo, Mikro, Paraşüt, the marketplaces or your e-Fatura provider run through maintained plugins and documented APIs, never through a one-off patch that nobody can decipher two years later.

The shape of a project

Four phases, each closed off by your sign-off. It all happens online: workshops over video, a shared task board and a staging version you can open whenever you like. No visits, no travel costs.

01

Goals and sitemap

We pin down who the site is meant to attract and what they should be able to do there. You get a page tree, a written list of must-haves and a schedule for content and system links.

02

Wireframes and visual design

Grey sketches first, where moving a block around costs nothing. Then the key screens designed for phone and desktop, with mobile taking priority because most Turkish traffic arrives on a smartphone.

03

Development and copy

Programming, connections to other systems, text and images. The site lives on a test address where you follow progress and leave comments, and we work your feedback in as we go.

04

Go-live and beyond

Final acceptance, launch, 301 redirects from old addresses and a short training session for whoever will update the content. A maintenance agreement can take over from there if you want one.

Frequently asked questions

The range is wide, because a showcase site on a ready-made theme and a dealer portal plugged into an ERP have little in common. Three things set the price: how many distinct user journeys there are, how many integrations are needed and how much gets designed from scratch. After the first video call you receive an estimate with the scope spelled out. Anything outside it is billed at €55 per hour plus VAT, and only after you approve it.

It is not compulsory, but it usually pays. On a marketplace the customer belongs to the marketplace: your access to contact details, repeat purchase data and pricing freedom is limited, and every order carries a commission. Your own site gives loyal buyers, trade enquiries and people searching for your brand name somewhere to land. The smart set-up does not pit the two against each other; it manages stock and prices in one place and feeds both channels. We handle that integration work in the E-commerce and integrations area.

Your company's, without exception. That covers the .com.tr or .com address, the hosting plan, your Shopify or ikas store, paid plugins, Google Search Console and analytics. We are given separate, limited logins that you can switch off whenever you choose, so parting ways with us later needs no negotiation.

At minimum a KVKK privacy notice and, if you use non-essential cookies, a consent panel in line with the Authority's cookie guidance. An online store adds a distance sales contract, a pre-contract information form, cancellation rights and a returns policy; ETBİS registration and consent for commercial electronic messages also need attention. For accessibility we aim at WCAG 2.1 AA. We set up the technical side, while the wording itself is signed off by your lawyer.

We agree that per project. Product data is nearly always imported from your ERP or a well-kept Excel sheet. Descriptions and the company story usually come from you, since nobody knows your trade better; if your team lacks the time, copywriting can be added as a separate item. Since we never travel to clients, any photos are taken by one of your staff or a local photographer, following a list of shots we draw up.
