24/7 support

For an İzmir home textiles brand selling on Trendyol and its own website, the most valuable hours of the day fall between nine in the evening and midnight. In a Gebze logistics warehouse, the night shift prepares labels and e-dispatch notes for vehicles departing at six. At an eighty-room hotel in Antalya, reception is still welcoming guests at two in the morning in July. What these three have in common is that outages ignore office hours. If an order flow breaks on Saturday night and nobody spots it until Monday, two days of sales are already lost. 24/7 support provides an on-call team for the critical systems we define together beforehand. When an alert fires, the technician on duty starts work, follows a prepared response plan over remote access and wakes one of your people only when truly necessary. Cover extends to Sundays, New Year's Eve and the Ramadan and Sacrifice holiday breaks.

What the work covers in practice

The on-call team does not handle everything, only incidents that halt sales, dispatch, production or guest service. Other requests are logged and dealt with in normal support from 09:00.

Agree the scope with the engineer who will do the work

Incidents covered

The website stops accepting orders, all payments fail, the warehouse cannot produce labels, the hotel management system loses its server, a site drops offline, or an admin account shows a suspicious login. The list is annexed to the contract.

Alerts reaching the right person

Monitoring on critical systems sends alerts straight to the technician on duty. Thresholds are tuned so nobody is woken needlessly, while genuine failures are never missed.

Remote intervention

Renewing a lapsed certificate, freeing up disk space, restarting a frozen service, reverting a bad firewall rule, booting a virtual machine from backup, locking a compromised account.

Working with whoever is on site

When something needs a physical hand, we stay on a video call with the shift supervisor, the night receptionist or a local technician you have brought in. Apply does not send anyone on site at any hour.

Checks before busy periods

Before November's heavy shopping days, the start of summer season or the year-end shipping peak, we review capacity, certificates and backups together.

Incident report and notifications

A short morning summary, then a root-cause analysis. If personal data is involved and KVKK requires notifying the Board within 72 hours, we supply the technical facts with timestamps.

How we approach the job, from first call to handover

Before the first night on duty, the team has to understand your environment and know what to do for every critical system. Preparation takes four steps.

01

Dependency map

We chart how website, database, virtual POS, marketplace and cargo integrations hang together. Knowing the chain means finding the cause sooner at night.

02

Authority list

We record who gets woken at which severity and what the on-call team may do on its own, for example briefly switching the store to maintenance mode.

03

Response plans

A one-page plan for each critical system: checks, restart sequence, where the latest backup lives, and escalation path. Credentials are held in the on-call team's encrypted vault.

04

Test night

On an agreed evening we fire a genuine test alert and walk the whole chain from alarm to report. Only after that does cover begin.

An alarm that rings every night eventually goes unheard. Poorly tuned monitoring raises alerts at every small wobble, and before long nobody takes them seriously. That is why, before cover starts, we set thresholds around your real traffic and business hours, and during the first weeks every alert is reviewed with one question: did it genuinely need action? The goal is simple. When the duty technician's phone rings, it should always mean something.

Frequently asked questions

The round-the-clock duty line is part of the Premium plan, starting at €2,190 a month plus VAT. If only a few systems need overnight protection, we put together a tailored quote once your environment and the desired scope are clear.

Only the handful of people you nominate, typically management, shift supervisors or night reception. Everyday matters such as a forgotten password go through the normal channels and are handled in the morning, so real emergencies never wait behind them.

Every intervention is logged with times: when the alert arrived, when work began, each action taken and when it closed. The morning summary plus the detailed log make it plain whether the contractual response time was met.

An outage at iyzico, PayTR or a bank's virtual POS is beyond our reach to fix. We can, however, confirm your own systems are fine, bring an alternative such as bank transfer to the fore if you offer one, and report the fault to the provider. You will have the status in the morning.

It is given only in the contract, to the people you name, and never published. A public emergency line soon clogs with routine questions and stops doing its real job.

Protect the systems that must keep running

Describe your actual operating hours and which systems can never fail outside office time. We will define the critical incidents together and send you a quote.
