Signing up for a monthly plan gets you three concrete things: engineers whose hours are reserved for your systems, a scope pinned down on paper, and a contractual promise on how fast we react. You will never see mileage, hotel costs or a call-out fee on an invoice from us, since nobody drives anywhere; every task is handled remotely. Business rates are set in euros, with 20% Turkish VAT added separately.

The plans differ on three counts: how quickly we answer, how many systems we look after and how deep the monitoring and reporting go. Firms wanting named contacts and a reserved pool of hours can have a dedicated team instead, priced through a quote once we understand the workload.
Built for small teams where nobody owns IT. Picture an eight-person accountancy practice in Kadıköy: instead of ringing a friend of a friend every time the printer jams, a mailbox fills up or Logo refuses to open, staff simply log a request with us. We keep Windows and Microsoft 365 patched and fix problems through an encrypted remote session, so no accountant ends up as the part-time administrator.

Business
Desktops, the server (whether racked with a hosting provider or tucked in a storeroom), the office network and backups, all on a single contract. Think of a forty-person automotive supplier in Bursa with an in-house file server and Netsis: this plan is made for exactly that kind of set-up. When a cable has to be reseated, our engineer walks one of your people through it on a video call.

Meant for businesses where an hour offline costs more than a month of support. An online brand heading into the November rush with a Trendyol store alongside its own site, a dental clinic booked solid, or a Gebze warehouse shipping hundreds of parcels a day are typical fits. You get a fixed team, a response inside fifteen minutes and an IT plan covering the next twelve months.

A team built around the work
Dedicated team
Administrators, security specialists and developers who work only on your projects and get to know your environment in depth. Headcount and skills are set by the task, such as moving from Logo to SAP Business One, wiring your store to its e-invoice provider, or shifting servers into the cloud. Every part of the collaboration happens remotely.

What drives the price
How much you sell does not interest us. How much effort your systems demand does. Six questions come before any number.
Headcount and hardware?
The starting point for any estimate. Every seat in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace comes with questions, new starters and leavers with them. Each managed laptop or handset in Intune means more patches and more policies to manage.
Which servers are in play?
Each one is counted. An office with no server at all creates far less work than a company running Logo Tiger on a box in the stockroom, Azure resources hosted in Europe and a Hetzner VPS for its online shop. Every machine needs updates, alert handling and backups that have actually been tested.
Office hours or beyond?
The question that moves the price most. Weekday cover from 09:00 to 18:00 is a modest ask. A person you can reach on the eve of a religious holiday, halfway through Kurban Bayramı or during a night shift costs far more.
How fast?
Four hours, one hour or fifteen minutes. Each tier, from Start upwards, promises one of these. Hitting a quarter-hour target every single day means several engineers must be idle simultaneously, which shows up in the monthly fee.
Under what regulation?
KVKK, cybersecurity legislation, BDDK or SPK requirements. Proving your controls to auditors, a KVKK consultant or a large customer running a supplier assessment, calls for retained logs, periodic reports and neatly organised evidence. We budget for that work only if you actually need it.
What shape is everything in now?
The first quarter reveals it. When we find live accounts for people who left two years ago, a shared Excel file full of passwords and PCs untouched by updates since last summer, cleaning up comes first. After that the fault count drops and the monthly routine finds its level.
Not covered by the monthly fee. Software subscriptions, whether Microsoft 365, antivirus or an accounting suite, are paid directly to whoever sells them, and Apply takes no commission on them. Self-contained projects, such as a mail migration or wiring your store to your e-invoice integrator, are quoted separately and start only after you approve it in writing. If a task needs hands on site, a member of your staff or your local service firm does it with our engineer guiding every move by video.
Three sample scenarios
These are invented companies, though quite typical ones, each shown with the plan that usually suits that kind of set-up. Your actual number is set once the remote assessment is done.
Start. Email and documents are stored in Microsoft 365, while the accounting package runs on a small server. The sensitive spot is filing season, when the tax authority portals, e-signature tokens and financial seal drivers have to work flawlessly on every desk.

€1,090 plus VAT/month
Business. If the store falls over the morning a newsletter goes out, orders stop; if the Trendyol sync stalls, stock figures go wrong; if the Logo export halts, no invoices are issued. The ikas store, the iyzico payment set-up, Yurtiçi Kargo labels and the rented server all feature in the agreement.

Remaining prices. Your own dedicated squad, with named contacts, an account manager and hours reserved for you, is priced by quote according to the work involved. Outside a plan, work costs €55 an hour plus VAT. Private clients pay from €35 for a remote support session and €45 per working hour, both incl. VAT.
Getting to a quote
From the first email to a signature takes four stages, and nothing is binding until the last.
01
A video call
A short Google Meet or Teams session, about twenty minutes, covering three points: how big is the team, what software do you depend on, and how quickly do you need an answer when something breaks?
02
Remote assessment
You grant time-limited access and we inspect your tenant, server estate, backup jobs and access rights. Should you pick someone else afterwards, the findings still serve you.
03
Itemised quote
Three columns and no footnotes: covered by the monthly fee, charged hourly, or large enough to deserve its own fixed-fee project.
04
Signing and takeover
We sign the service agreement, the SLA and a KVKK processor agreement. After that we take over the access credentials and document your environment.
Frequently asked questions
For businesses they do not; each amount is net. Invoices arrive by email as PDFs at the end of each month or project stage, with thirty days to settle. Because Apply LLP is incorporated outside Turkey, it does not issue e-invoices through GİB; please ask your own accountant how VAT on a service bought from abroad should be declared on your side. Private clients see prices incl. VAT: sessions from €35, working hours at €45.
We invoice in euros, and payment goes by SWIFT transfer in EUR to the bank account printed on the invoice. As the account is held abroad, a transfer can take 1-3 working days and your bank may deduct a fee. Billing questions go to finance@apply.tr, and the full details are on the payment page.
No. You are paying for coverage rather than a ticket allowance, which means a turbulent week after a major Windows update leaves the monthly fee untouched. Things change only if your headcount grows for good or a new server goes live; then we revisit scope and price together, following the rules set in the contract.
Duration and notice are negotiated with each company and recorded in the contract. The same document describes how a parting of ways works, with passwords, documentation and backups handed back, so no client is ever locked in to a single provider.
Yes, many firms split things this way. Your IT person might keep user support and the sector-specific software, and we take care of the server side, the backup regime and security. We can also stand in during annual leave. The scope is shaped around whatever is missing on your side.
Either at €55 an hour plus VAT or at a fixed price we give you beforehand, and in both cases only after written approval. A brief email is enough. We never start out-of-scope work on our own initiative and invoice it after the fact.
We will not, and that is precisely why the prices sit where they do. We work solely over encrypted remote access, which covers the vast majority of faults. When hardware has to be touched, our engineer remains on video with the person physically present, your own employee or a firm you hire, step by step until everything runs again.
In a few lines, tell us how many users you have, whether you run servers or cloud services, and during which hours you need support. You will receive a quote with a concrete task list.

We have your enquiry
A reply will reach you by the next working day at the latest. If your message says work has come to a halt, it goes to the top of the pile.
Filling the gaps. If we need more information to judge the job, we send questions by email or propose a quick Teams or Google Meet call.
A written quote. It lists the scope, a euro price excluding VAT and a realistic start date. No hidden clauses, no items that appear later.
Your decision. The quote arrives by email. Take whatever time you need, raise questions on any line, and decide when you are ready.

No such city in our list. Try another spelling, or just pick the closest big city: we work entirely over remote connections, so nothing about the service changes from one province to the next.
