Multi-branch companies

Think of a building materials wholesaler run from İzmir, with its warehouse in Manisa, showrooms in Denizli and Aydın, and an Antalya dealer it bought last year. Every site was fitted out at a different moment, by whoever happened to be available. There are four internet providers, four different modems, a neighbourhood computer shop that comes round when called, and the wireless key scribbled on a Post-it beside somebody's screen. Apply turns that quilt into a coherent whole: the same configuration and permission logic in each town, one mailbox that collects all requests, and a single report spanning the group. The work is done entirely at a distance. Nobody from Apply travels to head office or to any branch.

What sameness buys you

Savings rarely come from cheaper boxes. They come from uniformity. Once branches are built alike, a fault in the warehouse can be fixed with the instructions written for a showroom, and every new opening repeats a checklist proven several times before.

Begin with a health check of your infrastructure

A standard shopping list

We name specific models of laptop, firewall and switch and build the Intune enrolment profile. Purchasing goes through your usual supplier, and on first power-up each device downloads its own configuration and software. A notebook unboxed in Manisa ends up exactly like one unboxed in Antalya.

Encrypted links between sites

Each site dials into HQ over an encrypted tunnel configured from a common template. A fallback link from a different operator, often simply a 4.5G router, stands by. As soon as the box has power and internet, we configure the remainder remotely.

A single directory

The whole group shares one Entra ID tenant, organised into job-based and site-based groups. Say the Manisa depot supervisor hands in his notice: email, ERP credentials and folder rights disappear in one action instead of four trips through different consoles.

One front door for requests

The Denizli showroom assistant and the finance clerk in İzmir both reach us the same way: the enquiry form, or helpme@apply.tr, the service desk mailbox where each message becomes a ticket. Response times depend on the plan and are the same at every site.

Physical tasks stay local

We do not sell hardware and we do not turn up at your door. Connecting a modem, replacing a disk or laying cable falls to your own employee or to an electrician you engage locally, and we provide written guidance for each job. Meanwhile an Apply engineer stays connected and verifies the outcome.

Reporting split by branch

A single document at agreed intervals: tickets per location, line uptime, backup and licence status. You see at a glance which location generates the heaviest workload and which investment next year would return the most.

How the migration unfolds

Nothing is switched overnight. New branches open on the standard from day one; older sites convert when their equipment reaches end of life or their ISP contract comes up for renewal.

01

Inventory per branch

Using remote access plus a short questionnaire, we record what is installed, which carrier serves the branch and when its contract ends, which local person can help, and the renewal dates of every licence.

02

The reference document

Approved hardware, a topology drawing, the subnet scheme, tunnel policies and the logic for handing out access. The same paper applies in every town and goes to the regional technicians your branches rely on.

03

Trial it at one branch

The pilot should be an average branch: not the easiest, not the one you cannot afford to disrupt. Staff there cable the devices using our sheet, we configure from afar, and whatever looked good on paper but failed in practice gets amended.

04

Remaining branches

The remaining branches move on a timetable, mostly outside trading hours. Any newly opened site runs on the standard immediately. Timing mostly depends on the operator: how many days until the new circuit goes live.

In a typical store, guest Wi-Fi, security cameras and card terminals all share one unsegmented LAN. A single infected phone on the free hotspot can then see the card reader and the camera recorder, which often still has its factory password. Our template separates visitors, video, checkout and back-office traffic into distinct zones with filtering in between. We tackle this at every site before anything else, usually with the equipment already there.

Frequently asked questions

Usually the store manager or someone they appoint. Your reseller ships the firewall with a base configuration and a single illustrated page showing where power, the ISP line and the switch connect. From then on it is our job. Should new cabling or rack work be needed, you book a contractor nearby and we send them a detailed spec.

Urgent matters first: we find out who holds the admin passwords (frequently the previous IT contractor), change them and switch on multi-factor authentication. Next we decide with you whether mailboxes and files move into your Microsoft 365 or run side by side for a while, and plan the cut-over for a Saturday night. If the new branch has a trusted local technician, that person can keep doing the physical jobs, now according to the shared blueprint.

Regular service hours are 09:00-18:00 on weekdays. If branches trade at weekends or late into the evening on shopping mall hours, the 24/7 support add-on or the Premium plan, which deals with alarms at night and at weekends, is the right match. Distance changes nothing: a store in Gaziantep is managed exactly like head office in İzmir, and offices in EU countries can be added too.

We price per company, not per location: users and devices are added up and then you choose a plan. Start is from €490 a month plus VAT for up to 10 users, Business is €1,090 a month plus VAT, and Premium starts at €2,190 a month plus VAT. One-off jobs beyond the package, preparing a new branch for instance, cost €55 an hour plus VAT. Past roughly 50 workstations, writing straight to b2b@apply.tr is the quickest route.

Not necessarily, and often we would advise against it. The standard begins at your own firewall, not at the provider's router, which merely delivers internet while your device runs the network. So the configuration stays identical whether one town has fibre and another only VDSL. Mixed carriers are actually useful for resilience, since a regional outage at one provider will not take every branch down at once. We track commitment end dates in the inventory so any change lands when it carries no penalty.

Their network connection is; the devices themselves usually are not. Fiscal POS terminals are looked after by your bank or the manufacturer's authorised service, and Apply neither sells, installs nor modifies them. What we do is park each terminal in its own segment where it can reach only the addresses it needs. For camera recorders we can reach remotely, we replace factory passwords, check firmware and make sure no port leaves the footage open to outsiders. Moving or rewiring cameras is a job for your local installer.

Yes, provided it was planned for. Email, Teams and SharePoint travel over the internet and do not need the tunnel. Traffic moves to the secondary line without anyone intervening, and our monitoring flags the change. Software that still lives on the HQ server, such as Logo or Netsis, needs a fallback routine agreed in advance: which functions must survive and which can pause until the main circuit returns.

Show us your branches

Tell us how many locations you have, how many people work at each and who handles IT today. We will map the current state and propose a shared standard with a timetable.
