Retail and e-commerce

No buyer writes in to complain about a nine-second product page or about instalment options that disappeared from the payment step. They close the tab and buy the same item from another seller, and all you notice is a sales chart heading the wrong way. Online, an outage is measured in abandoned baskets, cancelled marketplace orders and a falling seller rating rather than in hours. We bring your own web store, the marketplaces, payments, cargo and accounting onto shared data and keep the chain standing through every week of the season. All of it happens remotely; nobody from Apply turns up at your depot or shop.

The pieces we put in place

Six building blocks decide together whether an order can travel from click to parcel without a human stepping in. The cash register (ÖKC) and card terminal in your shop are installed by your bank or an authorised dealer. Software, the traffic between systems and daily operations are what we look after, remotely in every case.

Your own online store

ikas, IdeaSoft, T-Soft, Ticimax, Shopify or WooCommerce. Themes and plug-ins stay patched, the revenue-earning pages get their speed measured, restores from backup are rehearsed, and we find the precise checkout step where buyers drop off. Accessibility gets attention too, targeting WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard navigation, colour contrast and labelled form fields.

Marketplaces

Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Amazon.com.tr, Çiçeksepeti or Pazarama, linked through an off-the-shelf marketplace integration tool or directly over the API. Every listing comes from a single product catalogue, orders arrive in a single queue, and an item sold on one channel is deducted from every other channel within moments. Pricing and commission rules stay separate per marketplace.

Taking payment

iyzico, PayTR, Param, Craftgate or your bank's own virtual POS, covering single card payments and instalments, BKM Express, bank transfer and cash on delivery. We connect the provider and then test the 3D Secure journey, refunds and the status callbacks it sends back, which stops a paid order from sitting as “awaiting payment” all weekend.

Cargo and returns

Labels for Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, MNG Kargo, PTT Kargo or Sürat Kargo print straight from the order, the buyer gets a tracking link and a return code is created automatically. For marketplace orders, HepsiJet and Trendyol Express shipments slot into the same warehouse routine, and your customer service team spends far less time on returns by email.

Invoices and bookkeeping

Consumers receive an e-Arşiv invoice and business buyers an e-Fatura, issued automatically from the order through the private integrator you picked. Nebim V3 sales from the shop floor, marketplace settlements and commission deductions are pushed in batches into Logo, Mikro, Paraşüt or your ERP. Your accountant receives a complete monthly file with no manual exports along the way.

Shopper data and KVKK

A privacy notice, provable consent for commercial messages, a cookie panel in line with the KVKK cookie guidance, data processor agreements with every tool that touches customer records, and multi-factor sign-in on all admin accounts. When a buyer asks to be erased, it takes a few minutes, not a week.

What stops the tills

Four scenarios every online seller will recognise. Preventing them nearly always costs less than one bad trading day.

Black Friday The store crashes at the busiest moment Avoided with a load test and capacity added in good time
Overselling One item is sold twice Avoided with one live stock count rather than lists emailed between channels
Minutes Payments stop going through Avoided by watching every checkout step, virtual POS included
Trust Customer data leaks out Avoided with prompt patching, a WAF and a short list of admin accounts

November is won in September. Load testing, a pause on major changes and an up-to-date contact list must all be sorted before Black Friday and 11.11 sales kick off. The same applies to Mother's Day, back to school and the weeks before each bayram: they come round on the same dates every year and still catch people unprepared. Take a hypothetical children's clothing label from Konya selling on Hepsiburada and through its own ikas store: its season calendar is fixed weeks ahead, so the busiest day is never left to improvisation.

Frequently asked questions

Those tools move orders well as long as somebody sets them up carefully and watches them. We settle category and attribute mapping, status rules and the invoicing flow, and we check that a marketplace link has not died overnight because an API key expired. Where the ready-made connectors fall short, we write the integration ourselves.

In most set-ups Nebim becomes the source of truth for stock and product data. The website and marketplaces read availability from it, online orders are written back into it, and click-and-collect or in-store returns are designed around that flow. We agree the division of work with your Nebim partner in writing from day one.

Often it is, but only if stock and orders sync without human help. If they do not, you sell items that are already gone, and the resulting cancellations drag down your seller score and visibility. A sensible start is one marketplace with a slice of the catalogue; further channels follow once the process has proved itself.

The authorised dealer for your ÖKC device and the bank that holds your card acceptance contract. We neither sell nor install cash registers. We prepare the network inside the shop and link your web store with your in-store software so sales records and stock end up in the right systems. Nobody visits in person, although on the day of the change we stay with you over video.

Yes, with the 24/7 support option or on the Premium plan. Weekends and big sale days are when you sell most, so they are also when a fault costs most. For dates you choose, such as Black Friday, 11.11, the week before new year or the run-up to a bayram, we agree beforehand who is on call and how issues are escalated. Preparation work outside a plan is billed at €55 per hour plus VAT.

Usually you keep them, as long as every old address has its redirect ready before launch, high-traffic product URLs stay unchanged and each title and description is checked individually. The new store is assembled side by side with the old one; we carry over products, customer accounts and order history, and track rankings for several weeks afterwards. Imagine a sportswear retailer leaving WooCommerce for ikas: a quiet Tuesday in February, nowhere near a sales peak, would be a sensible launch date.
