Platform decision
WooCommerce, a hosted Turkish platform or, when needs are truly unusual, custom development. The choice follows product count, pricing logic and the systems to be connected, not habit.
Shoppers see the storefront, but the fate of an online store is often decided in the ten minutes after an order lands. Picture an İzmir home textiles brand that also sells on Trendyol and takes around thirty orders a day through its own site. For every order, one person types the label into the carrier portal, another issues the e-Arşiv invoice by hand in the provider's web interface, and someone else reduces stock on Trendyol manually. At thirty orders that is almost a full working day, and each manual step is a chance for a typo. In a well-built store, confirming an order verifies the payment, creates the shipping label, issues the invoice and updates stock across every channel. We begin with that chain, and the visual design follows.
Much of the scope sits behind the scenes, in the back-office steps customers never see.

Size, colour and dimension variants with their own stock and barcodes, useful filters and a product page that works comfortably on a phone. Product data is bulk-imported from your ERP or a spreadsheet.
iyzico, PayTR, Param or your bank's virtual POS, with 3D Secure, an instalment table, bank transfer and cash on delivery where wanted. We test that failed and refunded payments show correctly on the order.
Labels and tracking numbers for Yurtiçi, Aras, MNG, PTT Kargo or HepsiJet are generated from the order screen, customers are notified automatically and returns run from the same place.
Once an order is confirmed, the e-Arşiv invoice is issued through your contracted provider and emailed to the customer. Orders are passed to Logo, Mikro, Netsis or Paraşüt. Apply is not an e-invoice provider; we connect to the one you have chosen.
Distance sales agreement, pre-contract information form, return and withdrawal terms, KVKK notice and cookie banner. We remind you about ETBİS registration and make sure the required details appear in the right place on the site.
If you trade on Trendyol, Hepsiburada or n11, stock and prices are managed from one source, ending the problem of selling the same last item twice.
Before catalogue and design, we get a single order working end to end, from click to accounting entry. Everything else is built on that backbone.
Together we sketch every step an order takes today, who does what by hand and which system holds each record. The list of steps to automate comes out of this.
Using one product, payment, label, e-Arşiv invoice and accounting export are run end to end in a test environment, with sandbox accounts from your e-invoice provider and carrier.
All products are imported, categories and filters set up, basket and checkout tested on mobile. Every unnecessary field in checkout is removed.
Live card test orders and refunds, then launch. During the first week we watch orders closely and fix any step that sticks.
If the instalment table or commission rate is shown wrongly even once, the seller usually covers the gap. A customer sees “3 instalments, no extra charge” at checkout while the payment provider deducts the instalment cost from the merchant. These mismatches typically surface after a special sales period ends and a setting is never reverted. We set up instalment and commission rules to be managed in one place and leave a short checklist for comparing them with the rates in the provider's panel.
A marketplace brings ready traffic, but the customer relationship stays with the marketplace and a commission is paid on every order. Your own site gives you repeat buyers, your own pricing and your own customer list. For most brands the answer is to run both, from the same stock.
No. Invoices are issued in your name by your contracted e-invoice provider. We make sure the store sends each order to that provider with the right data and that the invoice reaches the customer. Which document is issued when is ultimately a question for your mali müşavir.
Yes. Foreign currency prices, English and other languages, links to UPS or DHL Express and a payment set-up that accepts foreign cards can all be arranged. For export invoicing and customs we work alongside your accountant.
It depends on product count and integrations. A store with a few hundred products, one payment provider and one carrier can open within a few weeks. ERP links and extra marketplaces extend the timeline, which the quote shows phase by phase.
On a hosted platform, the provider runs it. With WooCommerce or custom development we use a server opened in your company's name in a data centre in Turkey or the EU, sized with peak season traffic in mind.
Let us know what you sell, roughly how many orders you expect each month and which accounting, carrier and marketplace accounts you use. We respond within one working day.
