Pricing per dealer
Price lists, dealer group discounts, quantity breaks and special rates by product group. Each dealer sees only its own terms, never another dealer's.
Across Turkey, many manufacturers and distributors sell mainly through dealer networks, and those networks still order largely by phone, WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Take a hypothetical Kayseri furniture maker with 120 dealers. Each dealer has its own discount rate, payment term and open account limit. A sales rep reads the order from a message, keys it into the ERP and, if they forget to check the limit, a risky shipment goes out. A dealer portal turns that around. Dealers place orders themselves while seeing their own prices and stock, and each order passes a limit check before it reaches the ERP. Sales staff stop typing and spend the time on the dealer relationship instead.
The dealer-facing screens are simple. The complexity lies in mirroring the ERP's pricing and account rules completely and correctly.
Price lists, dealer group discounts, quantity breaks and special rates by product group. Each dealer sees only its own terms, never another dealer's.
Balance, amounts due and overdue, open account limit and remaining headroom. Orders over the limit go to approval automatically, and the dealer sees why.
Quick entry by product code, upload from Excel, repeat a previous order and saved lists. A forty-line order from a large dealer takes minutes.
Stock per warehouse or a simplified view such as “in stock”, “within 3 days” or “made to order”. If production planning is connected, an estimated date appears too.
Invoices, e-İrsaliye documents, period statements, the price list PDF and product catalogue. Dealers download their own statement for reconciliation.
Reps can place orders on behalf of a dealer and see order history and account status for every dealer in their region on one screen.
Several users and roles per dealer, two-step verification and activity logs. When a dealer leaves, access is closed with one click.
The heaviest work is rarely the interface. It is establishing whether the rules in your ERP are complete and free of contradictions.
With sales and accounting we walk through price lists, discount definitions, payment terms and limits in the ERP. Exceptions that live only in a sales rep's head usually surface at this stage.
We define how product, price, stock and account data reach the portal and which document type an order creates in the ERP, then build it in a test environment.
The portal opens to five or ten dealers first. Prices are checked order by order against the ERP to confirm they match exactly.
Invitations, short training videos and, in the first weeks, sales staff steering dealers towards the portal. We track the share of orders still arriving outside it.
If the portal price differs from the invoice by even a single kuruş, the dealer's trust takes a hit. The usual cause is calculating prices in two places, the portal and the ERP, where rounding, the order of discounts or the point at which KDV is added creates small gaps. We read prices from the ERP already calculated whenever possible. Where that cannot be done, we run an automated test during the pilot comparing hundreds of real orders across both systems.
For simple dealer set-ups, the B2B modules in some e-commerce platforms are enough. When you need per-dealer payment terms, layered discounts, limit approvals and two-way ERP integration, packaged modules usually struggle. Once your rules are listed, we tell you plainly which path fits.
Yes, if it makes their life easier: ordering at night, checking stock in advance, downloading a statement without waiting. Some manufacturers add service perks for portal orders during the transition, such as quicker dispatch; that is entirely your commercial decision.
Yes. Customer groups with different prices and rules can run on the same platform. Corporate buyers sometimes need extras such as purchase approvals or budget limits.
It depends on the state of the ERP and how clear the rules are. With clean rules and a usable ERP API, a pilot can open within a few months. We confirm timing and cost in a phased quote after the rules have been extracted.
Share your number of dealers, the ERP you use and how orders arrive today. We come back within one working day with a suggested meeting time.
