Small businesses

Take a spare parts dealer for farm machinery in Konya: seven staff, a counter, and a growing share of orders arriving through Trendyol. The person who looks after the computers is really the bookkeeper. When the printer drops off the network, she sorts it. When a new sales rep joins, she sets up his phone. On Sunday evening she wonders whether the backup actually ran. None of this is in her job description, yet it eats several hours every week. Apply lifts that work off her desk at a flat price per month, and does all of it over a secure remote connection. Written into the contract: the address for requests, the time within which someone replies and the list of included tasks. The bookkeeper returns to the books.

The jobs we take over

Built for places where nobody has IT in their title, but everything grinds to a halt when a laptop does: a six-person accountancy practice, a dental surgery, an architects' studio of four, an insurance agency, or a home-grown brand that now sells on Hepsiburada.

Tell us about your business

Laptops that are ready out of the box

The hardware can come from any seller you like: a local computer shop, an online marketplace or the brand itself. We set up an Intune profile beforehand. When a new starter logs on for the first time with company credentials, the laptop installs its software, switches on BitLocker and takes its security policy without anyone touching it, whether that happens at a desk in the office or on a kitchen table at home.

Your own domain instead of Hotmail

When quotes go out from personal Gmail and Hotmail accounts, customers cannot tell a genuine message from an impostor. We set up addresses on your company domain in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, plus shared calendars and folders where access follows clear rules. Licence counts are watched too: no more paying for a mailbox belonging to a salesperson who resigned last spring.

Tidy bookkeeping and e-invoice access

We sort out who logs into Paraşüt, Logo GO or Mikro and with which account, help you set up separate users on your e-invoice provider's portal, and move document exchange with your mali müşavir (the outside accountant) into a protected shared folder. You also decide beforehand who raises invoices when the regular invoicer is on holiday. Tax matters and filings always stay with your accountant.

Security scaled to your size

Two-factor authentication for all staff, antivirus managed from one console, one password manager the whole team uses, and a personal data inventory in line with the technical measures expected under KVKK, Turkey's data protection law, kept simple enough that you can actually maintain it. A handful of rules people follow is worth more than a thick binder of policies gathering dust.

A helpdesk that picks up

We are available Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 Turkey time, via the enquiry form, email, or a Teams or Meet video call. Start clients get a first reply inside four hours. In quieter moments we roll out updates and check that last night's backups actually completed, which means you never have to.

When Start stops being enough

No particular headcount decides it. What usually tips the balance towards a larger package or an add-on is one of these four situations.

Server in the office Logo or Mikro runs on a PC in the back room It must then be updated, watched and backed up on its own
Evenings and Saturdays The shop or workshop keeps trading past 18:00 Then 24/7 support is worth adding
4 hours is too long Sales stop whenever booking or card payments fail On Business we reply within the hour
More than 10 The team passes ten users Business, €1,090 monthly plus VAT, is the better fit

In small firms the real exposure is usually unclear ownership of admin accounts, not missing hardware. The domain name sits in the account of the agency that built your website years ago. The Microsoft 365 global administrator is tied to a former employee's personal email. The router password is known only to the installer sent by your internet provider. None of this matters on a good day. The day outgoing mail stops working or an account is hijacked, winning back control can take days. So the first thing we do is gather every one of those keys under your company's name and write down who holds what. That list stays with you even if you part ways with us.

Frequently asked questions

Typical tickets in an office this size: a forgotten password, a licence that ran out, a full mailbox, a pending update, a printer that has gone missing. Nearly all of them are closed through an encrypted connection to the machine, many in a few minutes. When hands are needed, say to power-cycle the modem or plug a cable into a different port, we talk a member of your team or your local technician through it step by step and stay connected to check the result.

That day the account is switched off, the mailbox is handed to a teammate or converted for shared use, the licence is released and we check which folders and programs the leaver had access to. A returned laptop is reset by Intune for the next person; one that never comes back is wiped the moment it connects to the internet. Without this routine, former staff accounts tend to linger for years.

Yes. A qualified electronic certificate (e-İmza) belongs to one person, and a signature made with it counts legally as theirs. A token left permanently in a PC with the PIN written beside the screen means anyone at that desk can act in that person's name. Apply does not issue e-signatures or company seals, but we help you work out with your accountant who needs a certificate for which task, keep the drivers working and move the passwords into a password manager.

We cannot promise that. KOSGEB programmes and regional development agency calls come with their own conditions and application rules, and Apply holds no authorised-consultant status in them. The reliable way to find out which costs qualify is KOSGEB's current announcements or the agency itself. Whether or not you receive support, your day-to-day IT, backup and security can stay with Apply.

On the access side, yes. In small online shops it is common for the whole team to log into the seller panel as the owner, with the password passed around a WhatsApp group. Both marketplaces let you create sub-users, so we help give each person their own login with just the rights their job needs, switch on two-factor sign-in and keep integration API keys somewhere safe rather than in a spreadsheet. Listings and pricing remain your team's call, and syncing stock and orders with a marketplace is handled as a separate service.

First comes an online meeting, then a remote check of your setup. You end up with an inventory of hardware, user accounts and programs, and you can see what is missing. Pressing jobs like two-factor authentication and backing up Microsoft 365 are finished within the first weeks; everything else is planned with dates. The contract fixes the scope and reply times before work begins.
