People and devices
Anyone in the company can raise a ticket; Windows and Mac problems get solved over a remote link; new hires find their logins prepared before they arrive, and leavers lose access the very day they go.
We are engineers who look after SMEs, accountants, lawyers, doctors and online retailers across Turkey, and we never leave our desks to do it. Logos and bragging numbers are absent on purpose. What you get instead is the practical stuff worth checking before hiring any IT partner: the journey of a ticket from arrival to closure, the house rules for our engineers, the agreements we put our name to and the requests we say no to.
Pick one of the six or take them all. Keeping everything with a single provider pays off in a simple way: whoever fixes a jammed print queue this week sits alongside the people who configured the file server, the backup jobs and the online store. You never have to explain the history twice.

Your Microsoft 365 tenant including identity and device management, workloads running at Hetzner, OVHcloud, IONOS or inside European Azure and AWS regions, virtual servers, eyes on the network, and backup sets we test by actually restoring them.
KVKK in everyday operations, a personal data inventory, readiness for cybersecurity legislation guided by USOM alerts and the Presidential Digital Transformation Office's information security guide, together with endpoint detection, periodic weakness scanning and fake-phishing exercises for staff.
Sites built on WordPress, shops on ikas or WooCommerce, payments via iyzico and PayTR, Trendyol and Hepsiburada integrations, links to carriers and to ledgers such as Logo, Mikro or Paraşüt, and dealer portals.
Central reporting databases, KPI screens for the owners, software that extracts figures from supplier bills and waybills, and generative AI chosen so that your information stays in EU data centres wherever possible.
Reviews of what you run today, a plan for going digital, licence choices that fit, and live online lessons, from Microsoft 365 basics to using AI sensibly in daily work.
Apply has no reception desk. Colleagues log in from different cities, and that was a design decision, not a compromise. Since nobody commutes to you, you are never stuck waiting while a technician crawls through Istanbul traffic, and you never pay for their fuel. Tickets are routed by topic to the most qualified person. The price of this is discipline about notes: everything gets written down, which leaves you with a full audit trail.
Write to helpme@apply.tr, fill in the form or post in our joint Teams channel. Each route produces a numbered ticket that carries an urgency level and a due time, so no issue quietly dies in somebody's mailbox.
Tickets record the engineer, the effort spent and each change made. Work that sits beyond your agreed scope is flagged up front, so a bill never brings the news.
Should a box need unplugging or a part swapping, a colleague of yours or your electrician carries it out using our written steps, with one of our engineers watching over a live video link.
It lists resolved tickets, how our real response times compared with the SLA, which backups passed their checks, which patches are outstanding, and finally what we would tackle next and roughly what that would cost.
Working hours are 09:00-18:00 on weekdays, Turkish time, and Premium adds an out-of-hours line that is described only in the contract. Five-minute problems are solved at first line, while anything deeper is passed directly to the engineers who specialise in it. Colleagues are based in different cities and work online; legally, contracts and invoices come from Apply LLP.
Four limits to be aware of in advance.
Nobody turns up at your door. Cabling, mounting servers and unboxing devices are not part of what we offer. For jobs that need physical presence, we produce a numbered instruction list for whoever is nearby.
Advice only, never a margin. You get our honest view on which notebook, server or firewall suits you and which specs matter when comparing offers. We make no money from devices and do not lease them.
Preparation yes, certification no. Our methods follow ISO 27001 principles and we can get your organisation audit-ready. Only an accredited body can award the certificate; Apply cannot.
We connect, we do not replace. Apply is not a licensed GİB integrator; it sells no cash registers and issues neither e-signatures nor financial seals. We plug the integrator and providers you chose into your store, your accounting software and your workflows.
Nothing is touched until the documents carry signatures. Draft versions are attached to our quote, giving your legal adviser or KVKK consultant time to read them properly.
Written for you, not copied from a template. Coverage, fees, duration, how either side can end it and who carries which obligations. The contracting party on our side is Apply LLP.
Reaction times in black and white. Fifteen minutes on Premium, one hour on Business, four hours on Start, each applying Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 Turkey time.
Between controller and processor, as KVKK expects. Lists the categories of personal data we touch on your behalf, their storage location, any cross-border transfer and every subcontractor involved.
In force before we log in. Business secrets, passwords and whatever we happen to see on your machines are protected by it.
Monthly, by email. A PDF bill follows every month or milestone, due in thirty days and accompanied by a log of hours. We suggest checking with your accountant how VAT on a service bought from abroad should be declared.
Which mailbox for what. Billing queries: finance@apply.tr. Amending an agreement: corp@apply.tr. Something broken: helpme@apply.tr. Choosing the right address saves a forwarding step, and replies arrive within one working day. Email and video are our normal channels, because a written trail keeps everyone honest.
Skip the homework: compiling inventories and documentation is part of our onboarding. The length of that onboarding scales with your company and is set together.
Drop a short note via the form or to office@apply.tr saying what the business does and which IT problem bothers you most right now.
Half an hour online to settle the scope of our review and name the person who will approve our access.
Remotely we catalogue user accounts, subscriptions, server estate, backup health and security configuration, and hand you the resulting document to keep.
You select a plan, sign, pass us the keys, and we write up your environment in the state we received it.
No. We have never run a client-facing office; everyone works online and meetings take place on Teams or Meet. The upside for you is twofold: no travel lines on the bill, and expertise matched to the problem instead of geography.
A few do, but far fewer than people expect, since today's IT is largely settings, cloud services and code. Swapping a modem, fitting a new drive or relocating a PC are the typical exceptions, and a colleague of yours can handle them with our guidance. Where no one is free, we prepare precise instructions for a local technician hired by you.
Individual identities with MFA and zero shared logins. Privileges are handed out per job and revoked afterwards, and every session leaves a log entry tied to a ticket. The confidentiality agreement and the data processor agreement are both signed before we connect for the first time.
Contracts and invoices are issued by Apply LLP, a company incorporated outside Turkey with no branch or office in the country. Company details and bank information are on the legal notice page. Invoices are raised in euros as PDF documents.
Frequently more so. Picture a hypothetical law firm in İzmir where the internal IT colleague stays in charge of case management software and day-to-day help for the lawyers, while we handle the server room, protection and backup, and step in when that colleague is on holiday. Responsibilities are listed in writing so nobody duplicates effort unknowingly.
Absolutely. A mailbox migration, a website overhaul or a security review each work fine as a stand-alone job, priced by quote or at €55 an hour plus VAT. Happy with the result? Move to a monthly plan. Not convinced? Keep every document we produced.
Give us a few words on today's biggest IT pain and we will propose a first move. You will hear from us within one working day.
We have your enquiry
A reply will reach you by the next working day at the latest. If your message says work has come to a halt, it goes to the top of the pile.
No such city in our list. Try another spelling, or just pick the closest big city: we work entirely over remote connections, so nothing about the service changes from one province to the next.
The only cookies here are the essential ones: they keep the site running and remember the city you picked. Nothing is used for advertising or tracking. See our privacy notice for more.
