A packaged product either ignores that way of working or bends to it only after so much customisation that licences and consultancy end up costing more than a fresh build. Those are the two situations where bespoke software earns its keep. Everywhere else, a well configured Odoo, Business Central or the ERP you already own is the cheaper route, and we point that out up front, not after sending a quote. Where building really is the answer, Apply stays with you from analysis and prototype through fortnightly sprints to launch and ongoing improvement. The whole engagement runs remotely over video calls, a shared repository and secured access, so a furniture maker in Kayseri and a software house in Ankara work with us in exactly the same way.

From idea to product
You understand the problem inside out, yet no brief exists that a developer could work from. Discovery, a clickable mock-up, the build itself and go-live are split into phases, each one approved by you before the next starts. Turkish essentials such as e-Fatura, e-Arşiv and KVKK are part of the design from the first day, not bolted on later.

Ways to contract
Pick a model based on how well defined the work is right now. Demanding a fixed price for something nobody has written down yet is the fastest path to a dispute a few months later.
The real cost of software starts after version one. Quotes usually price the work up to launch day, yet a business application lives for years. PHP and library versions fall out of support, Apple and Google revise their store rules annually, e-invoice formats get updated and your staff keep dreaming up new requirements. That is why we discuss the budget together with a yearly maintenance allowance, not only the initial build. Whoever ends up maintaining it, the source code, documentation and installation guide are handed to you at the close of each phase, and your rights to use and modify the code are written into the contract before work starts. Have your legal adviser review the scope of those rights before signing.
How we work
Every second week something new appears in a test environment your staff log into with their own accounts. Any gap between the plan in your head and what is on screen shows up within a fortnight, not on handover day.
First conversation
A short video call to understand the goal and test whether development is needed at all. Should something off the shelf fit, that is our recommendation on the spot.
Analysis and prototype
We talk to the staff who do the daily work, then produce a requirements document, a diagram of every system link and screens you can click through. Billed on its own, and yours to keep whether or not you continue with us.
Building in sprints
Each fortnight ends with a demo and your approval. Open items can be reordered between sprints with no contract amendment, provided the total scope stays the same size.
Launch and evolution
Production release, remote training sessions for users and intensive support during the opening weeks. Afterwards, if you wish, a maintenance agreement with defined response times.
Frequently asked questions
Not always, and it is better to find that out early. When Odoo, Business Central, a sector package or a mainstream CRM covers your business, configuring it beats building from scratch. Bespoke software pays off when the way you work is what sets you apart from competitors, or when adapting a product would cost more than writing a new one. The analysis puts those two figures next to each other.
After the analysis. Any figure offered earlier would be a guess wearing a suit. The analysis is sold at a fixed fee and ends with written requirements, a schedule and itemised costs. From there you choose: fixed fees phase by phase, hourly billing at €55 plus VAT if your priorities move a lot, or a dedicated team on a separate proposal.
Yes. We begin with a one to two week audit of the codebase: how clean it is, whether tests exist, which dependencies are stale and what is documented. You get a verdict on which parts are worth keeping and which should be rebuilt. In practice the missing piece is rarely the code itself; it is the credentials for servers, repositories, domains or app store accounts. Get those back first, and confirm what rights your contract gave you over the code.
Everything. The repository reaches you after each phase, not only at the end, along with deploy scripts, architecture notes and the third-party component list. Accounts for hosting, both app stores and any outside services are registered in your company's name from day one, so no access depends on us.
During design we list which personal data is collected, why, where it is stored and when it gets deleted. Role-based permissions, access logs, encryption and disposal of data past its retention period are built into the software itself. Legal texts such as the privacy notice (aydınlatma metni) and explicit consent wording come from you or your adviser; we make sure they appear at the right point in the app and that responses are recorded.
KOSGEB, TÜBİTAK and the regional development agencies run various programmes aimed at SME digitalisation. Eligibility is decided by the relevant body, and applications usually have to go in before the project starts.
