Logistics and transport

Picture a lorry reversed up to bay four: pallets shrink-wrapped, driver sitting in the cab, and still the truck cannot leave the gate because the e-İrsaliye never went through. Or it is 16:20, forty minutes before the cargo company's last collection, and the label printer jams. In logistics nobody counts outages in hours of downtime. They count missed delivery slots, late penalties written into contracts and recipients asking where their parcel has gone. We join your separate programs into one continuous flow and watch it remotely, so a fault turns up on our dashboard long before anyone on the loading dock spots it.

What the solution covers

Between the office, the racking and the cab, information tends to leak in five places. Physical kit such as handheld scanners, label printers and Wi-Fi access points is connected by your people or whoever sold it to you. We configure them from a distance and make sure they cooperate with the software you rely on.

WMS and TMS with no re-keying

An order created in Logo, Netsis, SAP Business One or Business Central appears in the WMS without anyone retyping it, and once picking wraps up the ERP learns the new status and the parcel's tracking code. Route planners work from real weights and pallet positions, not from a spreadsheet pasted together out of yesterday evening's download, and how empty each truck runs on its return leg stops being guesswork.

All carriers on one screen

Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, MNG Kargo, PTT Kargo and HepsiJet at home, UPS or DHL Express for exports. Connected by direct API or through a cargo integration service, the packing bench gets its label, the collection is booked, the recipient receives a tracking link and a return code is ready in advance. Your own rules pick the carrier by volumetric weight, destination province and delivery time.

e-İrsaliye, customs and invoicing

The e-İrsaliye, the CMR or e-CMR and the proof of delivery come out of the order record and travel to your private integrator with no manual step. EDI with large retail chains runs without anyone nudging it. For export and transit loads, the data your customs broker needs for declarations in the BİLGE system and NCTS is drawn from that single record in full, while for billing we sort out the e-Fatura and e-Arşiv flow together with your accountant.

Fleet, tracking and drivers

Position and route data from your vehicle tracking platform, plus downloads from digital tachographs and driver cards, belong in backed-up cloud storage with per-person permissions, not in a folder on the fleet manager's desktop. Drivers' phones and tablets are managed centrally, with Intune if your Microsoft 365 licence includes it. Proof-of-delivery photos, signatures and pallet pictures are handled, and a handset forgotten at a motorway rest stop can be wiped from afar.

Lines, servers and protection

The warehouse network, servers and integrations are watched without a break, and the WMS database is backed up on schedule. If an excavator in the logistics park severs the fibre, traffic fails over to a 4G or 5G router without anyone touching it. A haulier hit by ransomware can go days without moving a single load, so EDR and multi-factor authentication go onto every workstation.

How a switchover works

Shutting a warehouse for a week to swap an interface is not an option. We assemble the replacement in parallel with what runs today and flip over when volumes are low.

01

Following one order

Sharing screens, we walk one real order from entry to the consignee's signature and mark each hand-off where a person retypes something.

02

A safe test bed

Development happens on carriers' sandbox accounts and on a cloned database. Trial labels never send a courier to a genuine address, and test dispatch notes never reach the tax authority.

03

Going live

The switch happens outside peak dispatch hours, in a slot agreed with you beforehand. During the first days, whoever runs your warehouse has a direct line to the engineer behind the work.

04

Watching and refining

A message stuck in a queue triggers our alarm long before it triggers a complaint. Every quarter we choose the next manual chore worth automating.

The costliest faults are the silent ones. An integration that quietly stops passing orders to the warehouse shows no error at all. The problem surfaces only when a recipient chases a delivery that was never picked. Imagine a logistics warehouse in Gebze handling about 500 orders a day: our checks go beyond a ping to the server and confirm that orders genuinely move through each stage, and when the hourly flow drops below its normal rhythm an alert goes off and the investigation starts at once.

Frequently asked questions

Rarely. What hurts is usually not the software but the fact that nothing else talks to it. Given an API, safe read access to its database or even plain file exchange, we can hook it up to the ERP, the carriers and the e-İrsaliye flow. Swapping it out becomes worthwhile when security updates dry up and the old system turns into a liability.

Your team does the physical connection, typically the dock or warehouse supervisor, or else the hardware supplier. We prepare the configuration ahead of time, enrol the devices in the management console, install drivers and label layouts, then keep you company over video for the first power-on. Nobody from Apply travels to the site, but your team is never on its own either.

Tachograph units and driver cards must be read out at fixed intervals, kept for a certain period and produced at inspections. For the precise periods, ask your legal adviser or trade association; the storage itself is our job. In practice a folder on one PC is replaced by cloud storage with version history, separate backups and clear permissions, and the software that analyses driving and rest times reads from the same place. Location data counts as personal data, so under KVKK drivers also need a proper privacy notice.

No. We work remotely anyway, so distance is irrelevant. All three depots appear on the same monitoring dashboard and share one ticket channel. Each site nominates one person, and on the rare occasions when a device needs physical attention, that person becomes our hands on the ground.

Planning ahead is the whole trick. Traffic from the previous peak tells us how big the server has to be, optional changes are parked until the season ends, and support arrangements for your red-letter days are fixed beforehand. Think of a warehouse picking orders for an İzmir home textile brand that sells on Trendyol, where shipments triple in November: the load testing is done in September.

We handle the technical groundwork: the link between your ERP and the private integrator you selected, the correct split between e-Fatura and e-Arşiv, and tidier customer master data so invoices are not rejected because of a missing tax number or a wrong address. Apply is not an integrator itself. Which documents you must issue, and from when, is something to settle with your accountant.
