Marketplace integration

Take a family footwear maker in Konya. It has its own WooCommerce site, has sold on Trendyol for two years, added Hepsiburada last season and now wants a store on Amazon.com.tr. Every model comes in five colours and eleven sizes, which means more than fifty-five variants for a single shoe. Stock is corrected by hand twice a day. One Saturday a pair of black boots in size 40 sells on Trendyol and on Hepsiburada within the same hour, and the warehouse holds exactly one pair. One order is cancelled, the seller rating drops and the store slips in the listings. On top of that, each channel charges its own commission, service fee and shipping contribution, so the same product earns money in one place and loses it in another, and nobody notices until month end. A proper marketplace integration changes the picture. Product data is kept in one place, stock is shared by every channel, prices are worked out from each channel's real costs, and orders appear on the screen your warehouse already uses. We set it up and look after it remotely, so the way your warehouse runs stays the same.

What the work covers in practice

Getting products listed is quick. The real effort goes into variants, category attributes, prices that account for fees, and making sure returns find their way back into stock.

Agree the scope with the engineer who will do the work

Channels

Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Amazon.com.tr, Çiçeksepeti, Pazarama and PttAVM; for exporters, Amazon stores abroad and Etsy. Each has its own category tree, required attributes and rules for shipping and returns, and we map them once onto your product record.

Off-the-shelf tool or direct connection

If you want to start fast and run several channels from one dashboard, we install and configure one of the marketplace integration tools on the market. With high order volume or rules specific to your business, we connect straight to the marketplace's own interface.

Product data and variants

Barcodes, brand, colour and size variants, materials, size charts and images, each in the shape a given marketplace demands. The attributes Trendyol asks for are not the ones Amazon.com.tr wants, and any product held back for a missing field shows up on a separate list.

Stock and safety buffer

Every channel draws on the same stock. Items with only a few units left keep an adjustable buffer, and ahead of busy periods you can ring-fence stock for a single channel.

Pricing rules

Per-channel prices that factor in category commission, service fees, shipping contribution and how long each marketplace takes to pay out. No product ever drops below the floor you set.

Orders, invoices and shipping

Orders from all channels arrive in one list in your site, accounting software or warehouse system. The invoice is issued, the shipping label is created and the tracking number goes back to the marketplace before the deadline.

Returns and settlements

Once a return is approved, the item goes back into stock and a return entry is prepared for your books. Each settlement period is split into orders, commission and deductions, and any shortfall shows up on the list.

How we approach the job, from first call to handover

The first marketplace takes the most work, because that is when product data and stock get tidied up. Each channel after that is added much faster.

01

Data review

We look through your product records. Are barcodes missing, are variants set up properly, are images at the resolution the marketplaces require? Gaps are closed before anything goes live.

02

Matching

Each product is linked to its marketplace listing by barcode and stock code. Where category or attribute mapping is uncertain, we check the rows one by one.

03

End-to-end trial

One real order: stock deduction, invoice, shipping label and tracking number, followed by a return and the item coming back into stock.

04

Staged launch

First a product group with clean data; if two weeks pass with no oversells or error messages, the rest follows. During that time we watch the cancellation rate and on-time dispatch rate with you.

Your marketplace price should not be a copy of your site price. On one channel category commission dominates, on another it is service fees and shipping contribution, and the time it takes for money to reach your account varies too. Putting the same ticket price everywhere means quietly losing money on the most expensive channel. Define a cost formula for each channel and tie the floor price to the purchase cost in your accounting system. The integration then reapplies that formula every time a price changes.

Frequently asked questions

That depends on your product range. In some categories one marketplace is clearly stronger; in others competition is so fierce that a newcomer cannot stand out on price. We look at how many sellers offer your best-selling items on each platform and at what price range, then recommend an order.

Required fields change from time to time, and a product with a missing field can be taken down. We define those fields once in your product record and send them to every channel from the same source. Getting the content right, such as material composition or country of origin, remains your job or your supplier's.

No. If you sell on many channels, ready-made tools cut development costs considerably, but they bill you every month. With one or two marketplaces and settled rules, a direct connection often pays for itself fairly soon. We run both options against your own order and product numbers.

By the same route as orders from your own site. What needs care is posting the commission invoices issued by the marketplace and the deductions from each settlement to the right accounts. We agree the rules with your accountant and feed the data into Logo, Mikro, Netsis or Paraşüt.

Yes, from the same product record. Language, currency, delivery times and customs do need separate work, though. For export parcels we suggest looking at shipping integration as well, and customs and tax questions should be settled with your customs broker and accountant.
