Systems integration

Picture a Kocaeli supplier moulding plastic parts for vehicle manufacturers. Delivery schedules from the carmaker arrive by EDI, only to be printed and keyed into Logo Tiger by hand. Production orders reach the machines via spreadsheets, quality readings sit in a separate database, and the same details are typed yet again to issue the e-İrsaliye at dispatch. Every manual re-entry here costs time and is a mistake waiting to happen. One wrong digit in a part number is only noticed when parts run short on the customer's assembly line. To us, integration means information is typed once where it originates and then travels by itself wherever it is needed. That starts with settling which system owns which data, then making every connection traceable, retryable and documented. The work is done remotely; people at the plant only need to help out with screen sharing and short calls.

What the work covers in practice

Moving from a tangle of links to data flows that are owned, watched and written down.

Agree the scope with the engineer who will do the work

Data ownership table

Item master, customer accounts, prices, orders, stock levels and bills of materials each get one owning system. Others read that data but never change it.

Connection inventory

For every existing link: what it carries, how often it runs, who built it and what breaks when it stops. Each one receives a risk score.

Central integration layer

One layer instead of many point-to-point links, built with n8n, Azure Logic Apps or a small custom service. Logging, retries and alerts are set up once, in one place.

ERP connections

Working with Logo Tiger and GO, Mikro, Netsis, SAP Business One, Dynamics 365 Business Central and Odoo via API, database views or file transfer.

EDI and e-documents

Delivery schedules and dispatch advice from customers, e-Fatura and e-İrsaliye generated automatically through your özel entegratör, and the formats overseas buyers ask for.

Production and warehouse data

Output counts from machines or an MES, stock movements and quality readings passed to the ERP on a regular schedule.

Change control

Interfaces are versioned and every change is tried in a test environment first. When a partner changes its format, the documentation shows at once which flows are affected.

How we approach the job, from first call to handover

We begin with the link that involves the most retyping and the most risk. Each step pays off on its own.

01

Inventory

Interviews, a review of current links, the data ownership table and risk scores.

02

Priorities and target

Which link comes first, which layer to use and sign-off from management.

03

One link at a time

Each connection is tried in a test environment with a copy of real data and runs alongside the old method for a while.

04

Monitoring and upkeep

Dashboard, alerts, a monthly check and adjustments when partners change things.

Count the fields that get retyped. For one week, note how many times the same information is keyed in by hand between an order arriving and its invoice going out. That number shows where an integration project should begin and how much it is worth more clearly than any slide deck.

Frequently asked questions

No. We start with the riskiest or most labour-intensive one. The rest keep running and move to the new layer when their turn comes.

Yes, through database views, import and export files or the vendor's own tools. Such links are sensitive to ERP updates, so they are watched more often and documented separately.

Under a maintenance agreement, we are the first port of call. The dashboard shows which side the problem sits on, and we coordinate with the ERP reseller or trading partner.

Apply is not an özel entegratör. Using the services of your ERP and chosen provider, we make sure documents are produced without retyping and their status is read back. The provider contract and mali mühür stay with you.

For a few standard links, ready-made tools are quick and economical. Complex transformations, high volumes or tight performance needs call for a small custom service instead. We decide together once the inventory is done.

Which systems do you run, and where is the same information typed in again today? We will suggest a first step.
