Couriers
Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, MNG Kargo, PTT Kargo, Sürat Kargo and HepsiJet, with UPS and DHL Express for shipments abroad. Either directly through each company's service or via a shipping aggregator that brings them all into one dashboard.
Consider a furniture and home decor maker in Kayseri. Its site sells small accessories as well as bulky pieces such as coffee tables and bookcases. Small parcels travel with Yurtiçi Kargo, large boxes with Aras Kargo under a separate deal. Every morning someone in the warehouse enters orders into each courier's screen one at a time, prints labels individually and messages tracking numbers to customers by hand. Because the site charges a flat shipping fee, a bookcase split across three boxes costs more to send than the product earns; nobody ever worked out the volumetric weight. Some orders are cash on delivery, and at month end people hunt for which order each courier remittance belongs to. With shipping integration, customers see the real cost in the basket, the warehouse prints every label in one go, and tracking numbers, cash collections and return codes flow without anyone typing them. We build and monitor the connections remotely; packing and handover continue in your warehouse the way your team already works.
We usually connect two or three couriers together. Customers get a choice, and at peak times you are not tied to one company's capacity.

Calculated from whichever is higher, actual weight or desi, plus destination zone and delivery type, and shown before the customer enters an address. Bulky and fragile items get their own surcharge rules.
The customer code from your corporate agreement with each courier, the payment type (sender pays or recipient pays) and cash-on-delivery permissions are all set correctly in the system.
Every paid order is printed in one run on a label printer or plain A4, and a handover list is prepared for the driver.
The tracking number is saved on the order, sent to the customer by email or SMS and, for marketplace orders, passed to the marketplace. Statuses such as “address not found” or “waiting at branch” reach your team before they turn into complaints.
Amounts the courier collects and forwards to your account are matched order by order; parcels that come back undelivered appear on a separate list.
Customers get a return code using their order number, the warehouse sees what is coming back in advance, and items re-enter stock after inspection. If you use e-İrsaliye for dispatches, the document can be produced in the same flow through your e-document provider.
Without product weights and dimensions, no checkout can calculate correctly. That is why every shipping project starts with product data and only then moves to the connections.
Box sizes, volumetric weight distribution, destination provinces, cash-on-delivery share, return rate and your existing courier agreements.
We help you request API credentials from the couriers or open an account with an aggregator. Negotiating rates stays between you and the courier.
Product weights and dimensions, packing rules, free shipping threshold and surcharges for bulky and fragile goods.
Real parcels with each courier, followed from label to delivery, including at least one return and one cash-on-delivery shipment.
Until desi is recorded on the product, your shipping fee is only a guess. Couriers compare actual weight with volumetric weight and bill whichever is larger. A light but large box, say a lampshade or a flat-packed side table, sent at a flat rate loses you money on every parcel. Enter the packed dimensions of each product once; from then on the basket, the free shipping threshold and the courier's invoice all work from the same figure.
A practical rule is slightly above your average basket, so customers add one more item to qualify. We go through your orders, count how many baskets fall just short of the line, and work out what the threshold would cost in shipping and how much extra revenue it could bring.
There is no single right answer. The regions you ship to, your volumetric weight profile, whether you need cash on delivery and the rate the courier offers you all play a part. Running two couriers side by side for a month and comparing delivery times and damage rates usually gives the clearest result.
Filing the damage report and the claim with the courier is your team's job, and we make it easier: shipment details, the customer's photos and the item's packing rule sit together on the order, and a replacement can be sent with one click.
No. Apply looks after software and configuration only, and does so entirely remotely. Packing and handing parcels to the courier stay with your warehouse or logistics partner; our part is making sure labels, tracking numbers and status updates flow without manual work.
Yes. Through the services of couriers such as UPS or DHL Express, labels along with proforma and commercial invoice data can be generated from your product records. Decisions on micro-export and customs declarations belong with your customs broker; we make sure the documents come out of the system complete.
What do you ship, how many parcels a day, to which provinces and with which couriers? We will propose a set-up for checkout rates and batch labels.

No such city in our list. Try another spelling, or just pick the closest big city: we work entirely over remote connections, so nothing about the service changes from one province to the next.
