How healthy the link is
Delay, variation in delay and lost packets, sampled towards several targets, so we can tell quickly whether the fault is local, with the carrier or at a remote service.
Take a dental practice in Çankaya, Ankara with four treatment rooms. From the first patient of the day it relies on the network: appointment software, connections to e-Nabız and MEDULA, the server that stores digital X-rays, the IP handsets on the front desk. When the line dies at 08:30, the chairs in reception are full long before the provider's support line answers. Monitoring gives you warning instead. Creeping packet loss, a switch whose temperature keeps climbing, a tunnel to a second branch that renegotiates a little more often each week: we tend to see these hours or even days before anybody feels them. Collecting endless graphs is easy; the hard part is making sure warnings land with someone qualified to judge them and fix the cause. We never inspect patient information. Our tools look at the condition of links and hardware, not at what travels over them. All checks and fixes are carried out remotely, and if a physical action is needed your team receives a short illustrated guide.
We concentrate on what disrupts work and keep refining the alert rules until none of them fires without cause.
Delay, variation in delay and lost packets, sampled towards several targets, so we can tell quickly whether the fault is local, with the carrier or at a remote service.
Whether the encrypted tunnels between clinic, office, depot or shops are up, how often they rebuild and when their certificates run out.
Heat, power units, processor and memory usage, error counts on each port and how crowded each wireless radio is.
Monthly curves show when bandwidth will get tight and which radio is permanently overloaded, so upgrades go into next year's budget instead of an emergency order.
Each edit on firewalls and switches is captured with a date. Mistakes can be rolled back, and a dead unit can be replaced and restored to its most recent settings.
We track manufacturers' security bulletins and USOM, Turkey's national cyber incident response centre, and install firmware during pre-agreed windows with a tested way to undo it.
A written plan says which alert goes to whom, who may authorise action and at what point the carrier is contacted. It applies identically to every incident.
Tuning takes around a fortnight. After that, monitoring simply keeps running as a service.
We record your devices and connections and place a small collector on a computer that is never switched off.
For several days we just watch, then set the limits and write the escalation plan.
Problems exposed early on are dealt with: stale firmware, factory passwords, needless open services.
Alerts handled within your plan's response times, planned maintenance and a monthly summary with suggestions.
An alert that nobody acts on is noise. When a phone buzzes a hundred times a day, its owner soon stops reading, and the one warning that matters gets swiped away with the rest. We therefore profile your normal traffic first, merge related events into one message and, every month, prune the rules that triggered without anyone needing to do anything. What remains is a lean set where each alert means a task.
In working hours, Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00 Turkey time, the Start plan guarantees 4 hours and Business 1 hour. Premium commits to 15 minutes and extends to evenings and weekends, as does our 24/7 support service. Anything arriving outside your covered hours is recorded and picked up the next working day.
Carriers watch their own circuit as far as their router. Your firewall, switching, wireless and the route to your cloud apps are invisible to them, and those are the places where most “no internet” complaints actually start.
Never the content. We record figures such as load, error rates and availability. The exact list of what is collected is documented so you can add it to your personal data inventory.
We know within a minute, isolate the cause and support you with the warranty process. Once the replacement is delivered, we load the stored configuration remotely, and someone on site reconnects the cables by matching a labelled photo.
It comes within our plans: Start from €490, Business €1,090 and Premium from €2,190, each per month and plus VAT. Your quote names every device and circuit included. Which plan you need mainly comes down to how fast you want us to react.
Send us a list of locations, internet connections and key equipment. We will come back with a proposed monitoring scope and a matching plan.
We have your enquiry
A reply will reach you by the next working day at the latest. If your message says work has come to a halt, it goes to the top of the pile.
No such city in our list. Try another spelling, or just pick the closest big city: we work entirely over remote connections, so nothing about the service changes from one province to the next.
The only cookies here are the essential ones: they keep the site running and remember the city you picked. Nothing is used for advertising or tracking. See our privacy notice for more.
