Company training

Suppose a thirty-person law firm in Ankara moves from an on-premises server to Microsoft 365. The migration itself goes smoothly, but a week later half the lawyers are downloading pleadings to their desktops, editing them and uploading copies named final_v2.docx. Trainees cannot work out which channel holds which case, and client papers still travel over personal messaging apps. The office staff are unsure who keeps the e-signature token and the registered email (KEP) account. The technology works; what is missing is someone who shows people how to use it with this firm's real folders, documents and habits. That is how Apply builds company training: live, strictly online on Teams or Google Meet, and inside your own systems. Head office, branches and people working from home join the same session and nobody travels. The topic list comes from where your team actually struggles, not from guesswork.

What the work covers in practice

There is no off-the-shelf course list. These are the topics requested most often, and each is rebuilt around your folders, templates and business software.

Agree the scope with the engineer who will do the work

Collaboration in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Co-editing one document instead of emailing copies around, well-organised Teams channels or shared drives, time-limited sharing with outsiders, and recovering the file someone overwrote by mistake yesterday.

The scams that actually land in Turkey

Fake courier texts, links impersonating e-Devlet or promising a tax refund, emails claiming you have an enforcement case, urgent payment orders in the managing director's name, and a supplier's supposed change of IBAN. The session also covers what to do in the first minutes after a bad click.

AI at work

Which tasks Copilot, ChatGPT and similar assistants suit, and under which rules. Drawing on the KVKK authority's recommendations on generative AI, we explain why customer, patient or client data does not belong in a chat prompt. For companies selling into the EU, the EU AI Act's expectations on staff AI literacy are included.

Official digital tools

e-signatures, the financial seal (mali mühür), KEP and company authorisations on e-Devlet: who needs which permission, why the e-signature token and PIN should not sit on a shared desk, and how to assign rights to named individuals.

KVKK awareness

Personal data in everyday tasks: sharing screenshots, printouts left on the printer, an email sent to the wrong person. Because a data breach must be reported to the Board within 72 hours, staff need to understand why telling the internal contact straight away is critical.

Excel and Power BI instead of copy and paste

Pivot tables, Power Query and a first dashboard built from the lists your team currently stitches together by hand every week.

Staying safe when working remotely

VPN, the home router, locking the screen when you step away, disposing of documents printed at home, and what your remote working agreement says about all of this.

How we approach the job, from first call to handover

The programme grows out of your team's real problems. Dates follow your calendar, with month-end close and busy periods left free.

01

Finding the pain points

If your support requests come through Apply, we analyse the most frequent tickets of recent months; if not, participants answer a five-question survey. Groups reflect what people can actually do, not their job title.

02

Pilot session

We run a trial session with a single department first, then adjust the examples and pace based on its feedback.

03

Live sessions

Explanations stay brief and most of the time goes on tasks participants carry out on their own screens. Questions are welcome throughout, and where needed a practice folder or test account lets people experiment without touching live data.

04

Measuring the effect

A follow-up question session some weeks on. If we handle your support, we show in numbers how requests about those subjects have shifted.

Phishing training is not about catching people out; it is about faster reporting. An employee who clicks a fake link and speaks up within five minutes is a success story. One who gets told off for clicking will stay quiet next time, and the incident surfaces days later. With a 72-hour window for notifying a breach under KVKK, that difference is worth a great deal. So we always finish by asking what do you do if you slip up, and we make sure everyone knows the reporting route.

Frequently asked questions

No. Apply is not an education provider approved by the Ministry of National Education and does not issue certificates. On request we supply an informal attendance list recording when it took place, how long it lasted and what was covered, for you to keep as internal evidence for security awareness or KVKK training.

We cover everything around the program: user rights, pulling reports into Excel, backups and sharing. For highly specialised areas like payroll or cost accounting, the vendor or its authorised partner is usually the better choice.

Yes, a few weeks after training and under rules agreed in writing with management beforehand. Results are reported by department rather than by person; the aim is measurement, not naming and shaming.

Yes, provided participants are told in advance. Since recordings contain personal data, we suggest you decide how long to keep them and who can access them. Anyone who prefers to turn their camera off does not need to explain why.

Session time, with preparation included, costs €55 an hour plus VAT. You receive a written quote for the whole programme before anything starts.

Plan training for your staff

Describe who in your company should learn what, and on which software. You will get a programme using examples from your own work, suggested dates and a price.
