Tags and pixels on every page
Google Tag Manager, Meta, TikTok and Google Ads tags, heatmaps and live chat widgets. Leftover snippets from long-finished experiments that still slow the page and still send data are listed too.
Suppose a babywear label from Bursa sells on its own Ticimax store as well as on Trendyol. A sizeable monthly budget goes into Meta and Google ads, and the agency's report shows revenue at eight times ad spend. The bank balance tells a different story. Look closer and the gap explains itself. Some cash-on-delivery orders are refused at the door, yet the ad pixel has already logged them as sales. Shoppers returning from the 3D Secure page appear in analytics as traffic referred by a bank. And plenty of people who click an ad browse the site, then buy the same item on Trendyol because shipping is free there. None of these numbers is false, but none answers the real question: what does one extra customer cost us? The audit lines up figures from the ad platforms, the website and the order system, locates where the chain breaks, and shows which budget brings in money and which only draws pretty curves. Apply does this remotely, with read-only permissions.
We look at what is technically tracked, how much of it may be tracked with permission, and how much finally turns into cash. Ad copy, creative and bidding strategy are deliberately out of scope.

Do non-essential cookies fire before the visitor agrees? Is saying no as easy as saying yes? Are consents recorded? We check against the expectations in the KVKK guidance on cookies; the legal verdict belongs to your data protection adviser.
Using a clean browser we decline, accept and revise our choice while logging each outgoing request. That reveals whether Google and Meta tags genuinely follow the answer given.
The 3D Secure redirect of iyzico, PayTR or a bank virtual POS, and third-party booking or quote forms, can sever the session. We verify that the journey from ad click to completed order is tracked from end to end.
Only events that bring money count as primary goals: a paid order, a cash-on-delivery order that was actually handed over, a confirmed quote request. Cancellations and returns are deducted, and events like add to basket become secondary goals.
Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and the marketplaces side by side, with commission, shipping contributions, cancellations and returns folded in, all using one formula.
Findings ranked by impact and effort, each with an owner next to it: your team, your agency or Apply.
The audit runs fully remotely using screen sharing and video calls. Effort depends on the number of channels and is estimated at the start.
We establish which event counts as success, the average margin an order leaves you and which system holds the real sales figures.
An automated crawl of all pages, then manual visits on phone and desktop, once declining and once accepting.
Conversions reported by each platform are set against the same month's delivered orders, collected amounts and returns.
We go through the results with you and, if you wish, your agency. Fixes are made by us or handed over as step-by-step instructions.
A cash-on-delivery order is not a sale until the parcel is accepted. Ad platforms learn from whatever you report to them as a purchase. Report refused parcels as purchases and the algorithm becomes very good at finding people who order and then don't open the door. Sending the realised value back to the platform after delivery usually costs less than raising the budget, and achieves more.
ROAS is typically calculated on revenue including VAT, before cancellations and returns, and ignores product cost, shipping and marketplace commission. In the audit we recompute it on the margin from delivered orders, and the gap is often startling.
The KVKK cookie guidance expects explicit consent for non-essential cookies and rejecting to be as easy as accepting. We show how closely your banner meets that expectation technically; the definitive legal reading comes from your data protection adviser.
Yes, provided each influencer's code and tagged links are matched to the order system. The audit also checks whether those codes are recorded properly and what return rate they carry.
No. Read access to GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta Business Manager is enough, with Merchant Center and your shop admin added where needed. You grant the permissions and you revoke them when we finish.
Time spent is billed at €55 an hour plus VAT. After the goal-setting call we send you the expected scope and effort in writing.
Which channels do you advertise on, and with roughly what monthly budget? We will suggest a scope for the audit and a start date.
