Kick-off seminar
A ninety-minute live session for the whole team: what language models do well, why they can sound right and still be wrong, which tools the company has approved, and which information is never shared.
Think of an 80-room hotel in Antalya. Front office, sales and guest relations answer reviews in German, Russian and English every day, trade emails with tour operators and, ahead of each season, induct dozens of new staff. Some months ago management paid for Microsoft 365 Copilot licences. Three people use it regularly; the rest gave it one go and dropped it. Then it turns out a receptionist, tidying up a complaint letter, pasted a guest's name, room number and booking details into a free chat website. The licence fees are spent, a risk has been taken, and there is nothing to show for either. Our programme tackles both problems together. Staff see, through tasks from their own jobs, what the tool genuinely speeds up, and they turn the rule about what must never be shared into a reflex. We usually suggest a package made of a kick-off seminar, department workshops, a shared prompt library and short recorded modules for seasonal staff. Every live session runs over Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
We put the package together from these parts, matched to what the team already knows, the tools you have approved and the work people do. Each part can also be booked on its own.

Front office, sales, accounting, purchasing, customer service or marketing practise in small groups on anonymised tasks from their own work, such as answering a guest review, drafting a quote, summarising a spreadsheet or writing up meeting notes.
Prompts and sample outputs that proved useful in the workshops are sorted by department and stored in a shared folder in SharePoint or Google Drive. A new colleague starts from something tested instead of a blank page.

Short videos of no more than fifteen minutes each, plus a checklist, for seasonal or newly hired staff. You no longer need to repeat the live training at the start of every season.
A short survey before training and again a few weeks later: who uses the tools and how often, where people get stuck, how confident they feel. The effect shows up in figures instead of impressions.
The kick-off seminar is a single session. Department workshops are spread over several short sessions with time to practise in between.
A brief survey on habits, approved tools and open questions, and a conversation with your contact person.
Together we pick tasks from your daily work and strip out any personal data.
Seminar and workshops; with the group's consent they are recorded and cut into the starter modules.
Hand-over of the prompt library, attendance certificates and, a few weeks later, the second survey together with a Q&A session.
No guest, patient or customer name ever goes into a chat window. The rule that does the most good tends to be the simplest one. Anything that identifies a person is pasted only into the tool the company has approved and contracted; everywhere else, text is anonymised first and processed second. That one habit removes most of the data risk created by free personal accounts, which is why we weave it into every single exercise.
For a hands-on subject, yes, and often more so: everyone works on their own computer with their own tools and shares their screen to show results. People in other branches or working from home join the same session. We do not offer in-person training.
Sessions run in Turkish or English. For exercises we use the languages your team really works in, for instance drafting a reply to a German guest review from instructions written in Turkish and then checking the result.
Everyone receives a certificate of attendance stating content and duration, and the company gets a list of all participants. It is not an official qualification, but it gives you solid evidence for internal training records and customer audits.
The Q&A that accompanies the follow-up survey is there for exactly that. For more regular support we can coach two or three of your employees in greater depth, and schedule short refresher sessions whenever a new feature is switched on.
We price per group according to headcount, number of sessions and preparation effort. Email sales@apply.tr and we will reply within one working day, then send a quote. Single sessions can also be booked at €55 per hour plus VAT.
Tell us the group size, the departments, the approved tools and whether you employ seasonal staff. We will suggest a programme built on tasks from your own work.

A reply will reach you by the next working day at the latest. If your message says work has come to a halt, it goes to the top of the pile.
